Harbot Builders were contracted to rebuild and redevelop a derelict group of barns in South Leicestershire. The decision was taken to disassemble the now beyond repair barn and outbuildings, the property was rebuilt and updated to meet current building regulations.
We completed a brilliant design lead scheme in the heart of the Leicester City centre, the property is located within a conservation area and the design incorporated a mixture of contemporary features whilst retaining the original character of the property.
We have recently undertook a residential new build house scheme within North Leicestershire. Harbot Builders had a key role in the planning and building control proprietary works as well as a large input in the design and ergonomics of the three homes.
As principal contractor, the brief for this project was to split an existing farmhouse into two new properties for a well-known commercial property agent.
