Boutique Hotel Barn Conversion

Harbot Builders were contracted to rebuild and redevelop a derelict group of barns in South Leicestershire. The decision was taken to disassemble the now beyond repair barn and outbuildings, the property was rebuilt and updated to meet current building regulations and powered via solar panels and air sourced heating. The now innovative property has eight high end guest rooms, a communal kitchen and dining area, sauna, hot tub, garden area and is fully disabled accessible. Key design features include vaulted ceilings, bespoke joinery and a in house handmade oak staircase. The end result was a fully finished turnkey project that is now sustainable for the future.
