Regent Road – Office Extension and Refurbishment

We completed a brilliant design lead scheme in the heart of the Leicester City centre, the property is located within a conservation area and the design incorporated a mixture of contemporary features whilst retaining the original character of the property. The full refurbishment extended throughout the once derelict property and resulted in eleven offices, three meeting rooms, a kitchen as well as some great communal areas for the occupiers. The extension consisted of a cantilevered aluminum curtain walled 1st floor office that is partitioned with glass with a feature internal brick wall. The project was turnkey and incorporated full finishes as well as bespoke joinery items that have been designed and manufactured all in house, the project was handed over with a new car parking area to finish.
